HPY hydraulic taper crushers’ crushing process is completed through fixed taper and active taper with eccentric rotation.
During operating, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve rotation through V-belt, transmission shaft, conical gear pair, the active taper under the action of eccentric sleeve, the active taper does pendulous movement, making the active taper occasionally closes to and occasionally depart from the fixed taper.
Material in the crushing chamber is extruded, attacked continuously, the crushed material discharged from lower part.
